We are Proud of you Jacob McIntosh!

NEW AND A RENEWED COMMISSIONERS:

On August 14, Jacob McIntosh, co-owner of the Hardy Sweet Shop and Forty Island Tavern, was sworn in as a dining and lodging representative on the Hardy Advertising & Promotion Commission.

On September 2, Commissioner Nimmi Desai, owner of the Village Inn, was sworn in for a second term in a Dining and Lodging position. She will continue as the Commission's financial secretary.

Please congratulate our new and renewed commissioners, who give their time in these volunteer positions to keep Hardy's tourist economy growing!

This weekend is the last holiday weekend of the summer and we are ready to serve you! We will stay until 8 on Sat and Sunday to ensure you get a sweet treat before the show!

It's a Music-on-Main, Labor-Day, two-show weekend! BOTH SHOWS WILL BE AT THE HARDY CIVIC CENTER DUE TO THE HEAT!

Erin Walters and her one-of-a-kind voice take the CIVIC CENTER STAGE on Saturday at 7:00. We're not sure where that voice comes from, but we heard a rumor that her fairy godmothers were Janis Joplin and Stevie Nicks.

Sunday at 7:00, it's Southern Skies Band, brings the CIVIC CENTER some of Spring River Country's local favorites, bringing good mix of Country, Blues, Classic Rock, a little of everything mixed in between.

Two free shows on one great weekend!
