Often times the right decisions are the hardest to make, and that is especially true today. We will officially be permanently closing down our Harlingen location due to the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic. While this is a very dificult decision to make, one of our founding principals has always been people over profit, and while we would love to open our doors and welcome everyone back in, this could also result in a risk to public health and safety and increasing the Covid-19 spread in our community. With the uncertainty of if or when this pandemic may dissipate, we at The Flux feel that this difficult decision is in everyone's best interest. The risk of someone entering our shop, arcade, or game room with close interaction to others, contracting the virus, and then loosing a brother, sister, daughter, son, husband, wife, friend, or loved one is something that we are simply not willing to risk. Life is irreplaceable, and we want each and every member of our Flux family and community to be there with us happy and healthy in the future! While this may not be the destination we were hoping to end at, we are grateful for the journey we have had along the way! And this hasn't just been our journey, it has been the journey of every gamer, collector, cosplayer, Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic, & Pokemon player, and every Fluxer that has walked into our shop along the way. And for that, we extend our sincerest thanks to all of the Harlingen community, our wonderful staff, and our Flux family for all of your support and enjoying this Fluxtastic adventure with us!!
Please be aware that this closure will only be affecting our Harlingen location and not our Mcallen location, although we are only operating online at our McAllen location until further notice. We invite all of you to continue to follow us on our Flux McAllen page, and stay connected with us for future updates. Together we will get through the difficulties caused by these uncertain times.
