RETURNING ARTIST GUEST

We’re excited to welcome Elvin A. Hernandez back to Blue Hen Comic Con for 2026!

Elvin is a freelance artist, sequential illustrator, and educator with an impressive career spanning comics, illustration, commercial art, and higher education.

His professional work includes projects for Topps, Upper Deck, Toys “R” Us, Focal Press, DC Entertainment, Marvel, Star Wars, and City State Entertainment, with experience across both comics and gaming.

Elvin is also the creator of Mundo Rudo, and is currently expanding that world through his anthology project Lucha Noir, which blends superhero and luchador archetypes with elements inspired by his Hispanic and Caribbean background.

Outside of his freelance work, Elvin has spent more than 18 years teaching at the college level and currently serves as an Associate Professor of Fine Arts at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

We’re thrilled to have Elvin returning to Blue Hen Comic Con!

RETURNING GUEST ANNOUNCEMENT

Blue Hen Comic Con is excited to welcome back Mike Koneful for BHCC 2026!

A cartoonist since getting pulled into the “Outlaw Comics” movement of the 1990s, Mike got his first major break providing artwork for FLESHEATER, created by Night of the Living Dead zombie Bill Hinzman.

Mike went on to maintain a decades-long collaboration with Cry for Dawn co-creator Joseph Monks, working together on projects ranging from Agony in Black to Zacherley’s Midnite Terrors, including their series Gory Lori.

His work also includes contributions to Boxboy & Whiskers, years as the in-house artist for former Misfits singer Michale Graves, appearances in numerous magazines, and even work featured on Svengoolie.

And because apparently comics weren’t enough, Mike also plays theremin for several horror punk bands.

We’re thrilled to have Mike back at Blue Hen Comic Con!

Come meet him, check out his artwork, and talk horror, comics, music, and everything in between.

Blue Hen Comic Con is excited to welcome Blair Webb to BHCC 2026!

Blair is a comic book artist, the creator of Ghostman, and the lead sketch monkey behind Fright Night Sketches.

His other projects include Matt Lake’s Christmas Night of the Living Dead, Lil Zombie Squad, and Cryptid Crates: Coloring Cryptids, a coloring book packed with strange creatures and spooky fun.

BAND ANNOUNCEMENT

We’re excited to welcome Think Machine to Blue Hen Comic Con 2026!

Think Machine is a three-piece Math Rock/Post-Hardcore band from Wilmington, Delaware, bringing a mix of technical riffs, heavy energy, and dynamic songwriting to the stage.

The band has been performing as Think Machine since 2017, with Nate Lamborn on guitar and vocals, Evan Kipp on drums and vocals, and Artie Sadtler on bass. For their Blue Hen Comic Con performance, Ashley Cochran will be filling in on bass.

Their latest album, “Waiting for the End of the World,” was released in December 2023, and the band is currently working on their next record.

Think Machine will be performing SATURDAY ONLY, October 24th, so make sure you’re there to catch them live!

Siren is a variety cosplayer who got into cosplay as a way to bring her favorite characters to life in a way that felt personal and creative. From closet cosplay and curly cosplay to characters from niche shows, she loves finding new ways to celebrate the anime, games, and films she loves.

Known for her versatility, Siren has brought characters like Bayonetta and Mario to life, but with her, you never quite know what character is coming next.

Blue Hen Comic Con is excited to welcome Anne to our 2026 cosplay guest lineup!

Based right here in Delaware, Anne is an award-winning and published cosplayer with more than a decade of experience bringing their favorite characters to life.

Their cosplays span an awesome mix of fandoms, including Fallout: New Vegas, Mass Effect, Genshin Impact, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, Sleep Token, and plenty more.

But for Anne, cosplay is about more than just the costumes. Conventions are a chance to meet people, make friends, and help grow the community. After more than ten years in the hobby, Anne is passionate about helping teach and encourage the next generation of cosplayers while promoting inclusivity, sustainability, and creativity within the craft.

We’re excited to welcome Special Hug to Blue Hen Comic Con 2026!

Coming to us from Philadelphia, Special Hug is a fairy grunge band blending shoegaze-tinged alt rock with soft vocals, fuzzy guitars and bass, heavy drums, dreamy strings, and synth.

Inspired by a 90s whimsigoth sound, their music hits that perfect mix of ethereal, dreamy, gritty, and loud.

From the Wild West to Video Game High School, Josh Blaylock is headed to Blue Hen Comic Con 2026!

Josh is best known for portraying Jack Marston in Rockstar Games’ legendary Red Dead Redemption, bringing one of the franchise’s most memorable characters to life. Gaming fans may also recognize him as Brian D from the fan-favorite web series Video Game High School.

Outside of acting, Josh is an award-winning commercial director and photographer, creating work for major brands while continuing to stay connected with the passionate fan communities surrounding his projects.

With both Josh Blaylock and Steve J. Palmer joining us this year, Red Dead Redemption fans are going to have a little extra reason to make the trip to Harrington.
