If “no screen time” were a town, it would be Harrington. I love that he gets to grow up here. Where he can ride his bike to the little grocery store and buy snacks with his own money, run an errand and drop off something to our coffee shop, where trucks will honk the horn if you do the international sign for “honk”.

It feels like “no screen time” here. ♥️

It’s quite grand to grow up this way, not as much rushing, you get to feel what is important if you take time to notice it.

We made something a little nostalgic today but with a protein forward twist!

Orange Ambrosia Salad: sweet mandarins, pineapple, cottage cheese, and Greek yogurt all folded together with a hint of orange. It’s light, creamy, and one of those “just one more bite” kind of things, works as a snack or a dessert.

Bonus? It’s got 14g of protein in each cup 💪
