We are open today until 4 pm. Stop by for your fresh Maine cranberries to include in your Thanksgiving dinner! 🦃🔴

This cranberry stuffing recipe uses fresh cranberries, celery, and onions for a delicious version of a Thanksgiving staple! Don't forget to get enough cranberries for your cranberry sauce and fresh cranberry orange relish too! 🔴🦃!!

**P.S. YAY!! The road is finally open so you can get to us from either direction!!! 😁🚧

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 large red onion, finely chopped
2 cups celery, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
1 tablespoon chopped sage
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 cups chicken stock
2 (12 ounce) packages cubed unseasoned white and wheat bread stuffing

INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter and saute onion and celery for five minutes over medium heat. Add in cranberries, fresh chopped herbs and seasonings. Saute for an additional minute.
Combine chicken stock, stuffing and sauteed mixture together until well mixed. Pour into a round bundt pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, and press the stuffing down so it is well packed in.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, place cake plate on top of the bundt pan and flip over to release stuffing from pan. Serve and enjoy!
