These are the best shoes ever. Totally comfortable and the best thing I’ve found for walking with a knee injury, other than Nike Air Max sneakers. I’ve bought these 2x now because my dog ate the first pair. Made in the USA and real leather.

I’ve had so many different kinds of masks since Covid exploded across the planet. This is the best I had bc I didn’t give the kids Covid when I last had it! That was such an incredible blessing. 🙄 Although I’m totally annoyed that I am old enough to need this kind of thing, this actually works. I’m 41 and it has greatly reduced the wrinkle lines I had across my forehead that came during the lockdowns of 2020 and virtually erased my crows feet. It’s not annoying that this works, just that it makes me feel old to need this to feel younger 😂🤦🏽‍♀️

Another game changer for me has been finding the ‘whole body relief’ variety of Dr. Teals Epsom salts. I’ve tried so many of them over the years and this is my absolute favorite for knee pain, back pain, or even the aches and pain I got when I had Covid. Pro tip for buying fancy Epsom salts - also head to your local target or Walmart and grab a big bag of the cheapest unscented Epsom salts you can find. You can make the fancy stuff last longer if you mix it 😉

This was another thing that helped get me through Covid. I couldn’t believe how spicy it was when my taste buds returned, so fair warning - this is the real deal!! I personally hate how unnatural many products are. I’ve tried many products from The Ginger People and this is definitely one of my favorites now.
The turmeric, ginger and honey combination will help you kick the ick but be prepared for the spice. Feel better soon!!

This was such a pleasant surprise! This stuff is typically $8-$9 a box at the grocery so I definitely saved by buying it on Amazon. I discovered it when I had Covid while trying to still recover from my knee injury. The turmeric is good for both the knee inflammation and the Covid symptoms! I highly recommend this turmeric bone broth. Pro tip - mix in a packet of Lipton chicken noodle soup for an incredible comfort food combination.
