Neighbors in the community located behind the Clermont development and adjacent to Paxtonia Elementary School are having a community yard sale on Saturday, May 17th from 8A-1P. Participating streets: Fox, Mountain View, Glen, Luther, Vera, Hocker, and Catherine. Please join us. And if you live on one of these streets and did not receive the flyer, please join in. If it’s a complete wash out we will be moving the sale to the following Saturday.

Here’s most of our goodies for tomorrow… not pictured is a brand new, still in the box basketball net with backboard and post, a 2 foot neon moon and star light, a small flatscreen TV, and loads and loads of well kept kids clothes, boys and girls from infant sizes up to size 2T (boys) and size 6 (girls). See you tomorrow at 8AM!!

Hello there!!! It’s been too long!! The pandemic really did a number on our business model and we no longer do estate clean outs like we used to. 😔 However, we are going to have one final sale to say goodbye to all of you and we hope you can make it! ONE DAY ONLY… Next Saturday, September 10th, from 8A-3P.
