Exciting News!! Guardian Thermography will be offering digital infrared thermal imaging services here at Zen & Now Wellness on Friday, October 4th from 1-3:30 pm for Breast Cancer Awareness month.

A little more info about Guardian Thermography: Breanne Grouzes is the owner of this traveling thermography service. She is a clinically certified thermography technician and also a registered nurse. A few years ago, Breanne started her own health journey and started to embrace a more holistic preventive approach to health.

Often overlooked as a backyard w**d, dandelion is a traditional herbal favorite with a long history of use.

Why Drink It?
Dandelion root tea is traditionally used to:
• Support healthy digestion
• Support normal urinary function
• Provide antioxidant plant compounds
• Enjoy as a naturally caffeine-free coffee alternative

How to Enjoy:
Steep roasted or dried dandelion root in hot water for a rich, earthy tea. Enjoy it plain or blend with herbs like ginger, cinnamon, peppermint, or a touch of honey for a little extra sweetness.

Who Can Enjoy It?
