Dear Friends,
I would like to inform you of my decision to retire from my position as a business owner on Oct. 28, 2021.
It has been a pleasure to have worked with all of you and felt like you have become not just friends but family too.
We have been fortunate enough to accomplish many years as a boat/rv repair, storage and transport business. We appreciate the many years of opportunities and services that have been given to us. So now it is time for me to spend my remaining years with my family and friends in Tennessee. You'll still see me on Facebook, no doubt.
While I look forward to enjoying my retirement with my husband Richard and family, I will miss being a part of this business and community and we hope that the friendships that we have developed will last until the future.
Thank you for your support, friendship and memories for the past 38 years. Bob Kennedy, my former husband had started this business in 1983 with his parents helping to run the storage facility. As most of you know Bob passed away suddenly from pancreatic cancer in 2014.
New owners Catherine and Fred Benson are excited about this chapter of their journey. Stop by and give a welcoming handshake to them.
God bless all of you and stay warm this winter as I hear it's going to be a cold and wet one! Brrrrrrr!

Well, here it is just about spring weather, with just a touch of winter still setting on the ground. Bet the guys are getting antsy to get those boats out of storage and running to the lakes to catch some fresh fish. Don't blame them! Think I've had enough suppose to be "fresh frozen" fish this winter!
With all the hoopla of this corona virus, we at Harrisville Marine will be opening for ya'll to come get your boats out of storage ( if you want-storage rates for the summer months will be about the same as winter rates). If you could give us a day or two notice of pick up, out of large barn storage, that would be great. All those on the south side storage are "come and go" as is the outside yard storage folks. Gosh, what a fall season......so very beautiful:, but almost time to close up shop for another great season! Lost a few customers this year, but gained twice as much back. God is good! The place is looking great, thanks to one very hard working man, my husband Richard. Have lots more to do next year in some renovations and such. Have some free project boats to get rid of yet....stop by and inquire!Yes, they are free!
Last customer coming in first part of November and then we'll lock the doors til spring 2020. Oh by the way, still have 2 inside available spaces for boats up to 20-22 '. Have wonderful and blessed holidays, until we see you in the spring!

Sure wish this crazy weather would end. The last of winter is trying to hang in there, but hopefully not for too much longer. Will soon be opening the doors to get boats and campers out for the great outdoors. Yeppee.

Well here it is spring! Time to get those boats n campers out of storage, but have had a setback of a snow day. Soon it will be gone and we'll get back to getting gardens cleaned up, boats and rvs dewinterized, and looking forward to summer fun. Yeppee

Still up and operating with boat/rv used and new parts. Also offering inside/outside storage at very affordable rates. Open from mid April to end of October. Stop by and see us. Days/Hours are M.T.T.F.S. 10-5 Closed Sunday and Wednesday.

Well here it is, almost 5 years since Bob has passed and the business is still surviving with the Store and Inside/Outside storage. Every year we add several new customers to our list of storage. We surely appreciate the business, folks have sent our way. Business is still seasonal- April thru November. Closed for the winter months. Would really like to see more of Harrisville's campers being stored at our place. Rates are very reasonable for either inside or outside storage. We still carry new and used parts for boats and rv.s. Let me sell your boat or RV.
