🎾🐾 GOLDEN RETRIEVER OWNERS: You already know there’s no such thing as throwing the ball “just once.” 😂

🐾 If you throw a Golden a tennis ball… you already know where this is going. 🎾😂

I have always loved children’s books, especially the playful chain of events in If You Give a Mouse a Cookie — one little thing leads to another… and another… and before you know it, you’re right back where you started.

So I thought: What happens if the main character is a Golden Retriever?

Well… you throw a Golden a tennis ball.

Then you’re going to have to throw it again.

And again.

And somehow that tennis ball leads to a whole series of very Golden decisions, distractions, messes, and adventures. 😂🐕💛

If You Throw a Golden a Tennis Ball is my playful homage to that classic circular-story idea, told through the wonderfully ridiculous world of life with a Golden Retriever.

A fun book for Golden lovers of ALL ages. 💛🐾

Because if you live with a Golden, you know one thing for sure:
