The last few days have reminded me why transparency and kindness matter so much.
I’ve stayed quiet because I never wanted the focus to shift away from what this collection is truly about:
raising money for Alzheimer’s awareness.
For the last 7 months, Andrew, Ashley, and I have poured our hearts into creating this collection. Every design, every product, and every late night has been driven by one purpose—to make a meaningful impact for families affected by Alzheimer’s.
From day one, we’ve also been transparent that funds from every purchase is donated to the Alzheimer’s Association. As a small family business, we do need some of the funds to cover the materials needed to handcraft each item. We believe honesty is always the right choice, and we’ve never hidden that.
I’m incredibly grateful to Ashley and Andrew for believing in this project and for supporting this mission.
At the end of the day, this fundraiser isn’t about us. It isn’t about opinions, rumors, or social media.
It’s about honoring those living with Alzheimer’s, remembering those we’ve lost, supporting the families walking this journey, and raising as much money as we possibly can.
So that’s exactly what we’re going to keep doing.
To everyone who has supported us, shared our work, purchased an item, or simply encouraged us along the way… thank you. You are helping turn compassion into action, and that means more than you’ll ever know.
