Easy Korean Beef Bowls. Ingredients: 1 pound lean ground beef 1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced into 1/2-inch cubes 1 tbsp avocado oil 3 cloves garlic 🧄 minced1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger, Mushrooms. 2 cups cooked white or brown rice. Avocado& sesame seeds for garnish. .. Korean-Style Sauce:1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari)2 tablespoons brown sugar (or honey or molasses)1 tablespoon (Korean chili paste)1 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 tablespoons water. .. Roast sweet potato in 400 F for 15 min or so. Brown the ground beef in large skillet. Add ginger & garlic to beef and cook till fragrant. Make sauce. Then add cooked sweet potato, sauce, and mushrooms to ground beef and sauté for a few min! Serve over rice with avocado and sesame seed garnish! Add more if you feel creative!

Cows prefer the grass to be at least “shin high.” They like to wrap their tongue around the grass blades and chomp it with their teeth. It’s delightful how giddy they are when you move them on to a new section of pasture. Can you recognize a giddy cow? 🐄 🌾
