Can we please talk about PRETTY BOOKS for a minute?! 😍📚

We’ve gotten some books in lately with the most absolutely gorgeous details, and I am obsessed.

✨ Foiled covers
🖤 Intricate endpapers
🌿 Sprayed and illustrated edges
🌙 Hidden artwork
💀 Tiny details tucked everywhere
✨ And covers that are basically works of art themselves

There’s just something extra magical about opening a book and realizing the publisher went, “No, no. The STORY isn’t enough. We’re making the whole thing beautiful.”

And honestly? I love it.

I keep finding myself turning these over, opening them up, looking at the edges, then opening them again because LOOK AT THEM.

Books should absolutely be allowed to be little pieces of art.
