HEART-TO-HEART FROM WILD CHILD CHILDREN’S BOUTIQUE ❤️
It is not just about selling kids clothes!
If you’ve ever liked a post, shared a sale, tagged a friend, visited our store, or cheered on Wild Child Children’s Boutique, please know this: your engagement helps keep our small business visible, affordable, and here for our community. 🥹❤️
Wild Child has over 30,000 followers, I feel so very blessed! I need to share something with you from the bottom of my heart.
For more than 10 years, I have poured my heart, given my time, time away from my disabled child, and family. I have given so much of myself and dedicated so much love into Wild Child Children’s Boutique. This little business has been about so much more than selling children's clothes. It's about families, memories, community, and creating a place where people can find cute things for their children without breaking the bank. I have watched your children grow, I have celebrated your children with you!
I understand times are tough in a down economy, I know the economy is weighing heavily on families and small businesses alike. I've been through slow economies before, and I've buckled up, and ridden them out. I am always willing to adjust however i am able, I'm committed to keeping prices affordable because I know how important it is when every dollar matters!
But today, I want to let you in on something that many people don't realize.
Facebook doesn't automatically show my posts to everyone who follows this page. Even with over 30,000 followers, getting our posts in front of people (even followers) would mean I PAY Meta to advertise. YES, I HAVE TO PAY TO PUT MY FACEBOOK POSTS IN FRONT OF YOU! And as a small business owner I am trying to keep prices low, spending money on advertising isn't the direction I want to go.
That's where YOU come in. ❤️
A LIKE IS FREE. A COMMENT IS FREE. A SHARE IS FREE. TAGGING A FRIEND IS FREE.
But to a small business like mine, those little things can mean EVERYTHING.
Every like, every comment, every mention, every share, and every follow helps us get the word out without having to spend money we would rather put toward keeping our products affordable for YOU.
I can't tell you how often I hear:
🩷 "I didn't even know you were here!"
Or…
🩷 "I didn't know you had a website!"
I have worked so hard to build this business, build the website, build on embroidery capabilities and have always offered low prices for our customers.
YES, WE HAVE A WEBSITE! 🛍️
We have more than 3,000 products online, amazing sales, and fast shipping! You can shop from the comfort of your home, and we ship to customers across the country. There is so much more to discover than what you may see in a single Facebook post!
But I can't reach new customers, remind our existing customers that we're here, and spread the word about our sales if our posts never make it to your feed.
I want to keep doing what I've always tried to do: offer affordable products, bring you great deals, serve our community, and keep this little business strong! I don't want to raise prices just to afford advertising. I'd much rather have YOUR help spreading the word!
So I'm asking a small favor of our Wild Child family. 🩷
The next time you see one of our posts, or any small business post please take a second to like it. Leave a comment, even if it's just a ❤️. Share a sale with a friend. Tag a mama, grandma, aunt, or anyone who might love what we offer. Visit our website. Tell someone about our little shop.
You don't have to spend money every time you see our posts to support us. Sometimes, simply helping us be SEEN is one of the most valuable things you can do.
To every person who has shopped with us, shared a post, recommended us to a friend, visited our store, placed a website order, or cheered us on over the last 10 years… THANK YOU!!! From the bottom of my heart, thank you!!! You are not just a follower on this page, and I never take your support for granted.
Running a small business can have many challenges certainly isn't always easy, But after more than 10 years, I'm still here, still going strong, and still trying to keep prices affordable. :)
I still continue to believe in what I've built and the families i serve.
Can we work together ? ❤️the next time you see a Wild Child post, give it a little love. If you've never visited our website, please take a peek!
