You’ve been watching the skies, waiting for the reveal… and now the clouds are rolling in.

Introducing our newest patchwork color for the 2026 season: STORM.
Storm is inspired by all the colors you see just before a summer storm rolls through — deep storm clouds, soft grays, flashes of blue, hints of green, and those warm, earthy tones that appear as the sky darkens.

Dark, dramatic, and a little mysterious, Storm is rolling into the Silver Squirrel just in time for Opening Weekend.

What an incredible four weekends at the Kentucky Highland Renaissance Festival!
A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by The Silver Squirrel, spun a skirt, found a new favorite patchwork piece, or just came by to say hello. Seeing familiar faces and meeting so many new ones is what makes festival season so special.
Now it's time for a short break while we catch our breath, restock the booth, and work on fresh patchwork for our home faire. Next stop: the Ohio Renaissance Festival! We can't wait to welcome everyone back home and share another amazing season with all of you. We'll see you in W***y Nilly!
