A little update on the building!
Since the original sale fell through, we were finally able to review the inspection report that had been ordered. We are happy to share that we have worked through every item that was identified.
✅ Repaired the small roof leak
✅ Addressed the flooring expansion issue that caused a section of laminate to buckle
✅ Covered and corrected all exposed outlet/junction boxes
✅ Installing a new roof drain this weekend as an additional improvement
For a building that is approximately 75 years old, we are proud of its condition and the care it has received over the years. Like any older building, it has character, but we have made every effort to address the concerns noted during inspection and continue improving the property.
Small-town rumors tend to travel faster than facts, so we wanted to share the facts directly. 😊
This building has served our community well for many years and still offers incredible possibilities for retail, office space, a coffee shop, boutique, multi-suite business center, social gathering venue, and so much more.
