So excited to pop up at this amazing event on Sunday with a special selection of books for kids and adults about how to make cool stuff. ❤️ Vanishing Ink Books will also be open on Sunday from 10-2 with storewide discounts during our closing sale. If you haven’t been in yet we still have lots of books/gifts/cards for everyone including dads and grads. If you have one of store gift cards, why not use it to pick up something for yourself or someone special? Our store closes for good on 7/3 but till then we’re here to serve you and hope to see you soon 🙂

📚Our last day is Friday 7/3. Till they’re sold out I’ll continue to stock new releases, bestsellers, and all of the curated books, goods, and greeting cards you love, including great picks for dads, grads, and everyone else. I’ll also be tabling with specially curated selections on 6/12 at Friday Night Pride and on 6/14 at the Maker Hive Festival at The Good Witch.

📚Effective immediately, everything in the store, including the bookshelves and display furniture, will be on sale. It’s while supplies last so for the best selection, come early, and note that purchases made at events are excluded from discounts. Please buy what you love for yourself, or gift or donate it to someone special or an organization you support.

📚I’m discontinuing special orders for in-store pick up, but if there’s something you want that’s not on the shelves, please consider purchasing it via our landing page on Bookshop (bookshop.org/shop/vanishinginkbooks) for direct delivery to your home. Note that you have to choose Vanishing Ink as the store you want to support before you shop in order for me to receive an affiliate commission.

📚I’ll no longer be selling gift cards, but if you already have one please use it by 7/3.

📚 I really want to see a bookstore in Hastings, and I know in the right conditions it could be successful. Maybe you, or you and a friend/partner working together, want to give it a shot? Time to rest and recharge. Although you may by chance catch us this afternoon as we prepare for our break, we’ll thereafter be closed until June 3rd.
