Jordan’s Treasure Trunk Consignment Shop I understand that if items are in any of these conditions they will not be put out for sale and will be donated, at Consignee`s discretion.

Consignment Contract

I have looked over all clothing and they are freshly laundered, no holes, rips or tears, missing button, broken zippers, excessive wear, etc. I donate to the World Mission and Kim's Kubbyhole. Selling price for consigned items shall be determined by Jordan’s Treasure Trunk, LLC, in its sole discretion. Jordan’s Treasure Trunk, LLC (Consignee) shall be entitled to retain 60% of all proceeds from the sale of each item consigned. I (Consignor) shall receive 40% of actual selling price of consigned items. Jordan’s Treasure Trunk, LLC may make adjustments to the selling price of consigned items as It deems necessary at its sole discretion. I understand that any of my unsold items will be DONATED and not returned to me ( there may be exceptions to formal gowns and wedding gowns). I will limit my drop-offs to 25 items per delivery. I understand that it is my responsibility to follow up on cash-outs, and that Taunia`s Treasure Trunk, LLC will not make calls to remind me of funds due. All payments must be picked up in person, as they will not be mailed. At my request, payment may also be used as in-store credit. Funds not used/picked up within 90 days will be forfeited by Consignor. I understand that Jordan’s Treasure Trunk, LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the consigned items, and retain and/or assume, in its entirety, and risk of loss of consigned items. OKAY EVERYONE! We are updating our hours.

As well as our drop off times. Starting next week 6/9/2025 we are only accepting drop offs Mondays, Tuesdays, and by appointment only and you can do so by calling the store phone or messaging us on here!

• Also, be on the lookout as we are getting our website around to launch a LIVE SHOP.
• Drop off location is also changing that will be posted soon!

Hi everyone, this is Chris.

To clarify:

When it comes to signing a new consignment contract with Chris, you must come in between April 15th and April 30th for your funds from previously sold items on Jordan’s contract, to be honored on your new contract with Chris. You will be able to use these funds as In Store Credit ONLY.
These In store credit funds will be good for 90 days, or if you regularly check your account, the 90 days refreshes each time.

Anyone who comes in to sign a new contract after April 30th will have to start from scratch. Your funds from Jordan’s contract will no longer be honored.
Your numbers can/will stay the same.
