First and foremost ~ Happy New Year🥂

Secondly, to any of you that are on my Magnolia and Vine customer mailing list: I do believe that you will receive, or have received, an email from M&V offering you additional opportunities to shop. Please know that the company is no longer in business as a Direct Sales Company as of December 31, 2019... and this will NOT be benefical to me if you continue to shop with Magnolia and Vine. I will not be able to offer you my usual customer service if you place orders going forward.

We were not made aware of their decision to utilize OUR customer mailing lists for their own purposes. I am beyond furious and very sorry that this has happened. As you are well aware of, this is not the type of business behavior you have come to appreciate when doing business with me.
At this time I have decided not to take on any new adventure. I want to Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the last 15 months of your business, support and friendship.

It is with a heavy heart that I’m sharing that this is the end of a season. Magnolia and Vine will begin winding down operations in both the US and Canada, and closing its doors on December 31, 2019.

Over the last five years, we came together and created a community of fashionable, empowered women (and a few men too). We’ve supported and nurtured each other. We’ve celebrated together and grown individually and as a family. I couldn’t be more proud of all we have achieved together. However, despite our collective best efforts to make this business flourish, we have not been able to withstand the difficulties faced as a young company.

It’s been said that all good things must come to an end. Oh, how I wish this was not the case. Yet I know that we will all leave better, stronger and with new skills and friendships for having come together. I know this in my head, even though my heart breaks writing this e-mail.

Over the next few weeks we will be winding down our business. We will continue to support you and your customers by offering great deals along with heart-felt goodbyes. We understand you may have many questions, please see the attached FAQs for more detailed information.

While Magnolia and Vine will cease operations by the end of 2019, the passion and talents each one of us discovered in ourselves will live on. This, in and of itself, is success. Thank you for your support and being a part of this journey.
