Shop Policy
Hi everyone! Thank you so much for supporting Guzel by Victoria. This shop policy will be a binding contract for all customers. If there are any issues, they may be accommodated.
1. All orders are custom orders will require deposit before I begin the work process. Orders totaling less than $75.00 Must be paid in full. Orders totaling more than $75.00 will require a Non-refundable depos
it of half the total. Final payment is due 24 hours before pickup time.
2. Every item has a different turnaround time, with the longest being two weeks (ribbon tutus). There is a rush fee that will apply if anything is needed faster than the normal time completion.
3. I wish to make my orders unique, so please do not send me pictures of others’ works. I can use it as a reference to what you have in mind, but it will not be a copycat.
4. For those that need shipping, please let me know before the invoice is sent, so that can be included in your total. Shipping costs are not flat rate and range from $2-$10. Items that become lost or delayed in the mail are nonrefundable. I will do my best to ship as soon as possible to give extra time because of possible delays; however, the shipping will be on USPS. If you wish to add insurance to your shipped items, please let me know beforehand.
5. Because everything is custom made, Guzel can not accept any returns.
6. Please let me know what day your item is needed. The turnaround times are for the day of completion. It does not include the shipping days.
7. Currently, our shirts are iron on appliques. If there is any issue, please don't hesitate to let me know. Thank you very much for understanding and choosing Guzel.
