Hey guys! Just wanted to clarify some things to make things easier for both you and myself.

1. I require full payment up front before personalizing anything. I am no longer using PayPal for business transactions, so please do not PayPal me. Invoices are sent directly to your email and should be paid that way.
2. My normal turnaround time is 7-10 business days (this does not include holidays).
-Turnaround time can sometimes get a little longer during the holiday time.
3. I do not do returns or exchanges (unless I messed up, then I will happily fix it). If the size you ordered does not fit, then I will not replace it. I am happy to send size charts to help you decide on sizing before ordering.
- once an order is paid for, it CANNOT be cancelled or edited
4. If ordering a monogram, please make sure to send in the order you want them in. Most people do first LAST middle
5. To avoid confusion, your invoice has all of your order information on it. If you scroll down on the invoice, you will see a price breakdown and description of everything you ordered.
6. If orders are placed at separate times, they will also be shipped/ready for pick up at separate times. I will not ship orders together if they’re placed at separate times- this helps keep things organized on my end.
7. If an invoice is not paid within 5 days, then it will expire. Sale invoices will have a stated date they need to be paid by before being cancelled. Sale price is no longer available once invoice has expired.
