We’re excited to be back at the Thomley's Christmas Tree Farm Farmers Market tomorrow! We will have 10 fabulous fudge flavors, 3 different varieties of fudge brownies, and 2 FUDGE COOKIE flavors.

We’re always looking for new ways to combine chocolate and peanut butter, so we have peanut butter cookies with a chocolate fudge core. Our second variety is a shortbread cookie with a core of lemon bar fudge. Hope to see y’all there!

A few years after moving to Mississippi, I attempted to bring a taste of family into my home by making Grandpa's fudge, a staple of all Esplin family holidays and gatherings. After making a couple batches, I decided to experiment by adding things or changing the flavor, which I found I really loved. I was also encouraged by coworkers and friends, who were happy to give feedback as I worked to improve my techniques and come up with new flavors.

Not long after, in fall 2023, when faced with our older daughter's wedding expenses and our younger daughter's show choir dues, Esplin Family Fudge was born. From Grandpa's original chocolate and vanilla flavors, I've created over 30 fabulous fudge flavors, all variations of his original recipes. Last year, we created a new product, fudge brownies, by putting a layer of our fudge over brownies made from scratch, which are very popular. We're always thinking of new flavors or products that'll make people smile from the moment they try a sample.

We love selling fudge together as a family and we're grateful for those who have brought Esplin Family Fudge into their home.

Last year we introduced our very popular fudge brownies and in 2026 we’re working on something new. What would y’all think about a 🍪 with a fudge center? Like our chocolate fudge in a peanut butter cookie or our lemon bar fudge in a shortbread cookie. We’ve got some combinations we’re excited to try. We’ll need to make a sample batch or two before we have anything official to announce but stay tuned…

We are excited to announce that we will be back at MCS Home Center Bellevue this Saturday from 10-2. There is still a great selection of fabulous fudge flavors, but when they're gone - they're gone! If you've been waiting to buy your holiday fudge, now is the time!

There are 170 other booths here, so come find something for everyone on your Christmas list 🎁 Our fudge makes great stocking stuffers and teacher gifts. We’re at our regular spot under the pavilion.
