We are looking to build our TEAM!
If you know anyone looking for a CAREER, send them our way. I need to fill two positions.
A great Secretary willing to work in a very fast paced environment. Eager to learn the trade and able to move quickly. Must have a few years of QUICKBOOKS experience under their belt. Must be able to pivot and react quickly. (Mentally. I don't care if they can dance!!!) Must provide resume with references that will answer the phone. There is a background check. If we contact your old employers and are met with “They never worked here” or “They need to fax us written permission to share job verification” they will be put in the No Hire pile. They need to prove to me that they can use QuickBooks. They will be asked to run through a Purchase Order. They will be quizzed on Office Management.
I also need someone who can take over our On-Line sales. This is a boring job. But if you like being left alone and pumping out work at your own pace... This may be for you. This position requires prior on-line sales work in the form of eBay. Be prepared to pull up your listings and proof that you posted them. You will be quizzed. The bulk of our On-Line sales listings are eBay. There is a 5-minute presentation that will be required.
