🎉 The August Havana Market vendor applications are now LIVE!
We're excited to welcome everyone back on Saturday, August 22! The hours remain 9am-1pm for this month due to the heat.

As we continue to grow Havana Market, we've updated our applications and made a few changes to help keep things organized and fair for everyone.

Here's what you need to know:

✅ Standard 10' x 10' Vendor Booths remain $15.
There has been no price increase for our regular outdoor vendor spaces.

✅ Food Truck Spaces remain $30.
No changes have been made to food truck pricing.

🔌 Pavilion Booths are now $25.
Due to an increase in requests for the pavilion and the additional cost we pay for electricity, we have adjusted the price of these premium spaces. There is a separate sign-up for these spaces on the application (you can no longer request these spaces through special requests)

🤝 New Non-Profit Options
We're also excited to introduce three participation options for local non-profits:
FREE Community Engagement Booth (interactive activity)
$5 Information Booth
$15 Fundraising Booth

We've also refreshed our applications and Terms & Conditions to make everything easier to understand and to answer many of the questions we receive throughout the year.

Tomorrow is the day! We will be set up at the Havana History & Heritage Society from 9 a.m.- 1 p.m. This will be our biggest market of the year, so you don't want to miss out!

🥖 Fresh baked bread and goodies
🍯 Locally sourced honey
🥬 Fresh produce and nuts
🛍️ A total of 28 vendors to shop from!
🍔 S*M Diner Express will be set up serving breakfast and lunch
💍 Summer Linx will be doing permanent jewelry
🎨 All Smiles Face Painting will be there for the kiddos

We have been made aware of a fraudulent website attempting to take registrations and fees for our upcoming events, as well as many other events.

What you need to know:
⚠️ This is a scam. Fraudulent registrations affect vendors and promoters everywhere, and we take this incredibly seriously.
⚠️ We are actively reporting this fraudulent site to both state and federal agencies.
⚠️ Do NOT register or send money to any website, link, or email address unless it is explicitly verified by us.

Please help us protect our community, our small businesses, and our vendors by SHARING this post to get the word out.

The Market has kicked off this morning, we have Steven Ritter strumming tunes, along with some awesome vendors with plants, baked goods, local honey, art work, produce, skin and hair care prodcits, jams and jellies, hot food (truck), and cold Kona Ice.. and more!
