One more empty storefront is about to come back to life! This space, with its large step down at the entrance, has officially been rented and will celebrate its grand relocation on August 4th.

The old ramp was… let’s just say it was pretty “off-putting”. As soon as we knew it was going to be occupied, Randall got to work making the entrance safer and more welcoming.

This wasn’t a simple project. The security gate still has to slide down through the middle of the entrance every night, so the ramp had to be designed around that challenge. After a bit of measuring, building, and problem-solving, he made it happen.

We’re still working on a handrail, but this is a huge step forward in making the space safer and more accessible for customers.

Eventually, the uneven floors throughout this area will need to be replaced, but until then, this new ramp makes a significant improvement and gives our newest tenant a much safer entrance.

We can’t wait to welcome another business to the Atrium on August 4th! Every improvement, big or small, helps breathe new life into this building. Please continue to check in. We have new things happening all the time!

Packing and pricing inventory can be a tedious job, but it's worth it on sale day. Excited for our first in-person vendor show at The Atrium! Less than 2 weeks to go. Hope to see you there!

One of the less glamorous projects around the Atrium has been… making sure it stays clean. 😄

Over the past few months we’ve been:
🧹 Sweeping and mopping the floors regularly.
🗑️ Replacing the old, beat-up trash cans with new ones.
🧻 Keeping the toilet paper and paper towels stocked.
🧼 Installing soap dispensers in every restroom and actually keeping them full (a surprisingly ongoing accomplishment!).

We also hired about five hours of janitorial help each week. It sounds like a lot until you remember this place is about 60,000 square feet! It doesn’t make the building sparkle but we’re managing to pick up the big chunks.

It’s not the kind of improvement that makes headlines, but it’s one of those little things that makes the Atrium a nicer place to visit every day. Thanks to everyone who’s noticed, and thanks for helping us keep it that way!
