An update on the recent NFA ruling:

You’ve likely seen the news about the federal court injunction in Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF (effective Aug 13, 2026).
It’s a win for the 2A community - but for dealers outside the named plaintiffs, the path forward is still unclear.

Until the ATF issues official guidance, we will continue processing NFA transactions the standard way - with ATF Form 4s.

We’d rather move slow and get it right than jump the gun and put your purchase, or our SOT and FFL licenses at risk. The moment things change, you’ll hear it from us first.

Thank you to GOA, SilencerCo, Silencer Shop, PSA, and the other plaintiffs still fighting for our rights.
