Look what just flew in and perched in the store! A chainsaw carved eagle by local artist, Dave Weatherhead. This beauty stands 63" high. What a statement piece for your home! I have a feeling this will fly out as quickly as it flew in. 🦅

Where did summer go?!? Even though it isn't technically fall yet, Labor Day seems to signify the beginning as the kids head back to school. If you have one more day of shopping in you, stop by and check out the fun new items our artists brought in recently. We'll hang out until 2 today and then we're off to enjoy the rest of the day ourselves.

Stop in and see the new art that arrived this week! New assemblages of stones and driftwood from Lake Superior, a supercool raptor nest, hand painted owl (that I can't believe isn't on a wall in my house) and the absolutely stunning loons!

What is Lures of the North? "Do you sell Lures?" Well - a few old ones, but we have so much more.

Step into our gallery and take in the smell of freshly cut wood from custom frames being built. We hear quite often "it's like walking into Grandma's cabin" - the feeling of being up north and that wonderful nostalgic memory of summers past.

We proudly display the incredible talent of local artists. Wood carvings, paintings, photos, driftwood art, hand painted items, ceramics, stained glass and much more.
