After 16 years, I've made the difficult decision to close Barber Leather Works.
I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you who supported my small business over the years. Whether you purchased a product, shared a post, recommended me to a friend, or simply followed along, your support meant more than you know. What started as a hobby and passion grew into something I could never have imagined, and I'm incredibly grateful for the friendships, customers, and experiences that came from it.
The reality is that I simply couldn't keep up with both Barber Leather Works and my construction company, E. Barber Builders, at the same time. As business and life have gotten busier, something had to give, and I wasn't able to devote the time and attention to the leather business that it deserved.
I've shut down the website, but I've kept the domain name. Who knows—maybe someday after I retire I'll dust off the tools and get back into it. No promises, but I'd like to think there's a chance.
I do still have some remaining inventory and finished stock on hand. Once it's gone, there will be no more products available. I'll work on putting together a list of what's left and post it here soon. In the meantime, if you're looking for something specific, feel free to send me a message and I'll check to see if I have anything available that fits what you're looking for.
