We’re compiling documented incidents involving the new King Arthur concrete barriers to share with the City and the engineering firm conducting the safety review.

* Date and approximate time of the incident
* Location (nearest intersection or address)
* Photos of the damage (vehicle and/or barrier, if available)
* A brief description of what happened
* Whether police responded or a report was filed (if applicable)
Our goal is to provide the City with accurate, factual documentation of the incidents so the City has the most complete information possible.
