Keep important text away from edges, use high-resolution files, outline fonts, and embed images when the file type supports it. Boring setup first.

Please do not describe the contents as 'just a gadget.' Batteries, screens, removable parts, condition, and destination can affect the available options.

We would much rather answer questions before the box is sealed than play shipping detective afterward. Bring the item in, tell us exactly what it is, and ask what applies to your shipment.

It apparently refuses to retire. 😄 Some offices, forms, and processes still ask for a fax instead of an email attachment.

We offer faxing and scanning here at the store.

Before you come in, confirm the destination fax number, organize the pages in order, and keep the receiving office’s contact information handy in case something needs clarification.

Before printing, view the design at its intended size—or print a reduced test and step back. Can you identify the business, the main message, and the next action in a few seconds?

If not, enlarge the important words and remove the decorative freeloaders. A sign is not a brochure standing upright.
It needs to work at a distance.
