📣 BSI IS HIRING — FLOORING TECHNICIAN!

Big Sky Installations (BSI) is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time Flooring Technician to join our team!

🔨 Minimal experience required — we’re looking for the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!

What you’ll do:
• Assist with and perform flooring installations
• Prepare floors and job sites for installation
• Measure, cut, fit, and finish flooring materials
• Remove existing flooring as needed
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Work alongside our team to provide quality workmanship for our customers

What we’re looking for:
• Minimal flooring or construction experience required
• Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of flooring installation
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
• Professional and respectful with customers

The BSI crew installed the flooring in this upstairs, reservation-only space, combining warm wood-look flooring with patterned carpet to complement the character of the room and those incredible stone walls.

We love seeing a finished project come together—especially when it’s right here at one of our favorite local spots. 🍻
