I sent 2 of our high visibility winter jackets to my cousins in Idaho. They go on walks on the two lane road that goes in front of their house. Traffic goes 60 mph by their house. These high visibility jackets are very warm and waterproof and highly visible.
My cousin said “These jackets are amazingly warm.”
