Cowboy Hatbands is a single person shop run by a US Army veteran and former first responder.
I make custom leather cowboy hat bands with multiple options to include leather band width, color, type of leather, conchos, stamping, stitch color, and more. The process is pretty simple to get you a custom one-of-a-kind leather hat band. I’ll need to know what kind of hat, a measurement on the hat to determine the length of the band, and we will discuss in detail what options you would like to make your hat and unique. After that, I give you a price quote and I get to work. All of my Cowboy Hatbands are completely handmade, hand stitched, oiled for protection and conditioning, and sealed twice with 100% natural beeswax.
