Wow ! Yall are the best. So many new friends have been walking through our doors the past few days. We appreciate everyone working with us while we have been trying to meet the major increase in demand, who would have ever thought we would be making bagel sandwiches on a Monday in 2026, but there we were yesterday! Today we are back fully stocked and even have some and other specials to try. We are excited for a chance to make your day. Let’s do this.

Hi yall. Hope your summers going well. We’ve been at it working out the details of our digital rollout. (Online ordering/ delivery apps)(coming soon)
We invented (kolache style biscuit dough) and got our iced ginger matcha lattes basically on tap at this rate. Anyway, we actually have some kind of unfortunate news, for the time being we have lost access to the breezeway for seating. While the matter is beyour control, we are working with our landlords to try to identify alternate options for onsite enjoyment of our and foods. In the meantime there are several outdoor benches and picnic style tables on the eastern(front) side of the building just at the end of the breezeway . In addition, the kind folks Publix Super Markets have extended a welcome for all of our guests to enjoy their surrounding counties bounty in either one of the 2 air conditioned seating terraces. While it is going to be less than ideal for the time being, we truly appreciate our neighbors here In the village looking out and helping us be able to maintain during our adjustments. We still maintain a couple tables and a single 8 foot church pew bench inside the cafe. If if you want to help us out , just come get kolaches and lattes like yall always do
And we will figure out the rest including new innovations in the. Kolache arts and sciences.

The hyper popular trend of is having a moment. If you are not aware they are mass market soda products such as pepsi or Mountain Dew® with creams and syrups added to create an elevated experience. We don’t make those. We offer the version . Our are hand crafted with fresh fruit, house made syrups and a sparkling soda base. No artificial colors. No artificial sweeteners.
