JACOB HAS LEFT THE BUILDING!

As of this past Saturday, Jacob is officially retired from Pooltopia & Spas!
He is headed off to pursue his dream of becoming a CRNA. As his big sister, NOT his mom as some want to think, I couldn’t be more proud! I also couldn’t be more upset thinking of how different things will be around here without him.
Since 2022 he has been in this store by my side through the good and the bad. I know our customers will miss him, but yall have no idea how much I am going to miss… him picking up these salt & sand bags 😂

Even when you make me sick, I still love you Jacob Lee! I am proud of you and I can’t wait to see where this life takes you ♥️

Most of the time when you walk into Pooltopia, I’m the one you see behind the counter(Kaitlynn). What some people may not know is that this store is owned by my dad and stepmom, and their heart is always behind everything we do.

For the last 3 years, my dad has been fighting cancer after being told he may only have 6 months. Watching someone you love fight that hard, for that long, changes you. Through every setback, every treatment, and every hard day, he has continued to show a kind of strength that words can’t fully explain.

If you know my dad, then you know he has never been someone who wanted attention or wanted to ask anyone for help. But those who love him know how much this could help.

A Fish Fry Fundraiser is being held to help with his medical expenses, and we would love for our community to come together for someone who has given so much of himself to others over the years.

Whether you come eat, share this post, or simply just keep our family in your prayers, it means more to us than you know.
