Six Years ❤️
Six years ago, I took a leap and opened the doors to this little thrift store called Up Cycle with a dream of giving good things a second story. I never could have imagined where that leap would take me—or how many incredible people would become part of the journey.
And somehow, six years later, here we are. 🥹❤️
To every person who has ever walked through our doors, donated, shopped, shared a post, told a friend, stopped in just to say hi, or supported this crazy little dream in any way…
Thank you. Truly.
You’ve helped make this more than a thrift store. You’ve made it a place filled with memories, treasures, second chances, laughter, and so many wonderful people. Every purchase, every visit, every “look what I found!” and every kind word has meant more to me than you probably realize.
When I first opened these doors, I had a dream. What I never expected was the support, encouragement, and open arms you would all give me along the way. You helped make this dream a reality.
But now, after six incredible years, I’ve made the very difficult decision to close the doors to my thrift store.
This is not an easy goodbye. I have genuinely loved owning this store and everything that came with it. But I also love being a mom and a fiancé, and trying to juggle my business, my family, and everything in between has been a struggle. Sometimes, doing what is best for your family means making the hardest decisions—even when it means saying goodbye to something you love.
It’s hard to let go of a dream you’ve wanted for so long. But I’m learning that closing one door doesn’t mean the end of the story. It simply means making room for a new chapter.
And while I’m sad to say goodbye to this chapter, I’m also excited and hopeful for what comes next for me and my family. I truly believe this next journey can be just as amazing, even if it looks completely different than I once imagined.
So, as I close this chapter, I want you to know how incredibly grateful I am.

Thank you for supporting my dream.
Thank you for the memories, the laughs, the treasures, the conversations, and all the little moments that made this place what it was.
Here’s to six years of good things getting second stories. 🫶🏼
And now, it’s time for a new story of our own.
