We’re teaming up with Hatch for a casual night of Indian street food + wine pairings at the shoppe.

This one is all about trying something new, exploring interesting wines, and seeing how food and wine can play off each other in unexpected ways.

Zach will be serving Dabeli + Pindi Chana, we’re pouring four wines paired alongside the dishes, including semi-dry Riesling, sparkling rosé, Tuscan white, and Loire Valley Cab Franc.

$32 per person includes both dishes + all four wine pairings.

We’re open 3:30-9pm, come grab a glass. Hickory Music Factory’s Jazz Orchestra will be playing some big band music today, should be a blast.

We’ll have the wine flowing, cold beer ready, and the patio waiting if you need a spot to ease into the evening.

Premier Grand Cru Classé out of Saint-Émilion. Old vines, limestone soils, and one of the most dialed-in estates in Bordeaux right now.

2020 is a real vintage. Power, structure, and built to age.

We only grabbed a few 1.5L.
