Great cellars are built one bottle at a time.

We’ve been adding some special wines to the HWS cellar. Great producers, great vintages, great provenance, and bottles that will only get more interesting with time.

Bordeaux, Côte-Rôtie, Argentina and beyond. Some iconic names, some incredible wines, and plenty worth laying down for the future.

Whether you’re building a cellar, adding a few special bottles, or just looking for something you’ll be really happy you held onto, come talk to us.

Famille Moussé has been growing vines in Champagne since 1750, with a focus on Meunier and the unique terroir of the Vallée de la Marne.

We have two favorites in the shop right now: Eugène, the house’s signature cuvée, and the vintage Les Fortes Terres 2019 in magnum size, just in case you want to share it with a friend 😜

Grower Champagne with a sense of place, and lots of personality.
