Sleep tip from Doreen ๐ โ and this one surprises people every time.
The ideal bedroom temperature for deep sleep is between 65โ68ยฐF.
Most people sleep too warm. And when you sleep too warm, your body can't complete the temperature drop it needs to reach deep, restorative sleep stages.
The result? You sleep 8 hours and still wake up tired.
Easy fixes:
โ Drop the thermostat at night
โ Use a fan or lighter blanket
โ Look into a mattress with cooling technology
โ Use sheets with breathable fibers (this matters more than most people realize)
If you're waking up hot and tired, your mattress material might be trapping heat. That's something Doreen can help you fix.
