Our story started, as so many others do, with a need. Some close friends were getting married and they were wine lovers. I wanted to gift them wine but wanted to make it special, there was something rather uninspiring about sliding some bottles into a
gift bag. Thoughts about the characteristics of wine started to roll around - the fact that like great love, wine grows bolder with age - that the opening of a bottle is always marked by a toast to a bright future - that sharing a bottle with someone special is a delightful way to spend an evening - that wine was once delivered in wooden crates branded with ornate markings. How to bring all of these virtues together to create a unique and extraordinary gift? At that moment the idea of the WineforaWedding® Anniversary Wine Box, Artificer Wood Works first patented product, was born. Countless hours spent designing, developing, learning, questioning, listening, pondering, mastering... working.
