Ashley’s Creations What started as crochet has now morphed into my artistic release! I am a hobbyist of sorts dabbling in crochet plushies, balloon decor, and now 3D printing!

What do you want to see in bead/charm form?

10 days till spring fest which means less than 240 print hours available! 3D printing is NOT a fast process. From design time, test prints, dialing in print settings, and post processing like removing supports/brims, patience is a virtue. So far we have puppy’s, stars, hearts, Minnie and Mickey heads, and pony beads!

Pulled these puppy beads off the printer this morning and they are just so stinking CUTE!

‼️THIS WAS BY NO MEANS A PROFESSIONAL SET UP‼️
My daughter turned ONE YEAR OLD on Sunday!!! It has been a VERY long year, and I knew I needed to do something for her, even though we were not having a real party. My mom purchased a decoration pack from Amazon and it came with some balloons. This was just me using what the pack provided, plus 8 extra gold balloons I had on hand, and created something simple to take pictures in front of. It’s not my best work, by any means, but it was easy and it took me only about 3 hours total from start to finish! I will post more pictures of my work going forward. And soon will be posting my custom 3D print work!

This weekend I created a piece for my best friend’s surprise birthday party! Let me tell you, this was a task. I have learned new techniques and decided upon what I would like to offer. Typically, my work will be fuller, but this was a do what I could with what I had already ordered after changing my mind 3 times situation. Given that I had only ordered enough to make two freestanding organic arches, which was the original plan, I’d like to pat myself on the back and say this pivot was pretty impressive! Pictured is one 7 foot freestanding organic arch, one 3 foot freestanding organic arch, and a 6 foot balloon wall! Going forward, I will be offering much more sturdy balloon walls, and ordering the correct amount of balloons to accomplish that! But this was for fun and a little bit of advertising purposes. I will not say “free” advertising because it took a solid 7-8 hours of labor to create! Not including math and change of plan timing 😝
