I want to apologize to my customers for only having a small amount of chokecherry Jelly on hand. And no mulberry jelly. And , so far, no sandplum jelly.
First of all, my health. I do not have the stamina that I had to do all the things people expect or enjoy about Junk and Jellies. Second, there was an odd, late freeze in this area, which created a scarcity of wild fruit. I am happy that, so far, I can continue my business. Not on as large of a scale, as before, but I'm still here. And plan to stay as long as I physically can. 💓

I did not have time to bake today, but I have a bunch of beautiful veggies, Jams and jelly and a couple pickles . Stop by the Norton Farmer's Market this evening to see me and other vendors with amazing items. 5pm to 6:30pm every Thursday.
