As we head into busy season, we’re looking to fill one final styling position at Janelle James Boutique.

We’re searching for someone who:
đź–¤ Is 21+ years old
đź–¤ Can work nights and weekends
đź–¤ Has several years of retail sales experience and understands the retail industry
đź–¤ Is self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
đź–¤ Knows how to build lasting client relationships, develop a personal client book, and consistently drive sales
đź–¤ Has a true passion for fashion and creating an exceptional styling experience

We’d especially love to hear from someone in our amazing community who’s been following our journey for a while and is ready to become part of it.

One thing I can honestly tell you is that most people will never truly understand what it takes to run a small business.

It’s an endless amount of thought, planning, attention to detail, work ethic, discipline, and consistency. It’s not just a job—it’s a mindset. There really aren’t “off” days. You’re constantly thinking, creating, solving problems, and looking ahead.

You guys are already showing up in full force, and we are so excited! So many of you have already started shopping for your Homecoming dresses, and we couldn’t be more ready!

With all the messages we’re receiving, here’s your annual reminder: Homecoming season is early this year!

This is our biggest season of the entire year. New collections will be arriving constantly, and many of our most popular styles will sell out incredibly fast.

Our biggest tip? Start shopping now. Don’t wait until the last minute.

As we get closer to peak season, fitting room wait times can stretch to HOURS, and the stores become incredibly busy.
