My one view of Quebec City from our room balcony. The cruise became 'The Cruise from Hell' I tested positive for covid on Wednesday, Sept. 28 before arriving in Quebec City the following day. Of course, we were quarantined in our room.
Canada dropped their 10 day quarantine requirements on Sat. Oct. 1. So we only spent one night in hotel quarantine before flying home on Sat. the 1st. Cruise was over on Fri. the 30th. What an ordeal. I'm improving at home. Karen tested positive after we got home. She has no symptoms.

I am closing out my consumable product lines for the remainder of this season with the exception of tarts. I will no longer have pickles, pecans, scented candles, and scented soaps. I will continue to stock fine gourmet teas and tarts as mentioned. Under the dogwood tree gift shop will continue with fine furniture, collectables, glassware, China, quilts and related items, pictures, prints, and the ever popular popper toys. And, I'll continue offering Sweet Springs water by the bottle or case. The shop will be open most Saturday's and sometimes on Sunday afternoons. Other times by chance. Thanks for your patronage.

Saturday, June4. Got new supply of tarts in a array of scents from Free Bird Creations in Pax W V Also lots of scented candles in 16oz and 10 oz sizes. New wonderful labels for my homemade sugar coated pecans and sweet pickles. See new pics below. Thanks to Vicki Toney of Free Bird Creations. And she brought me some new signs. Check out in pics. Store hours are 1pm till 6pm Thurs. Fri. And Sat.

New hours for Thursday and Friday, June 2 & 3. And they are 2pm till 6pm. Saturday, June 3 are 1 pm till 6 pm. Many favors of teas for you to select. Sugar coated pecans and sweet pickles too. Sweet Springs water by the bottle cold and by the case. Six different scented soaps. Make your bath an experience!!! It's time to stop and take a breath. What's not done for Saturday,s opening will just have to wait. Thank goodness for wet sniffers. After putting the Sweet Spgs Waters in the refrigerator, I mopped. Wish me luck.

I'm getting ready for Saturday opening at eleven am and will be open till five pm. Still have lots of work to do. Got new boxes for my sugar coated pecans and so much more.
