We are a full-service estate liquidation company serving the entire state of Texas. We are usually booked 6-8 weeks in advance so we ask that you contact us well in advance of needing our services. We meet you at your home and assess the extent of the job and the amount and quality of the merchandise to be sold. A determination is made whether or not having an estate sale is in the best interest o

f the homeowner/agent and the liquidation company. After all personal items and other items that are not to be sold have been removed from the property, we conduct a final walkthrough at which time we determine the rate of the commission to be charged and approximate dates for the sale. Our company absorbs all of the costs of advertising, sale preparation staff, sales/security staff, etc. We have collected a number of recommendations over the 26 years that we've been in business and we provide the homeowner/agent with a contract which spells out the specific terms of our agreement.
