At Bishop’s University in Sherbrooke, an elegant lighting solution was chosen to upgrade campus lighting while preserving the region’s dark skies near the Mont Megantic International Dark Sky Reserve.

The modern lanterns feature flat‑glass optics that prevent upward light spill and use warm amber LEDs to reduce sky glow, enhance safety, respect the historic setting and minimize light pollution, benefiting both people and local wildlife.

The Carlin Tunnel in Nevada was transformed with FV32 LED tunnel lighting, becoming the first U.S. highway tunnel converted to LED technology.

By replacing older high‑pressure sodium luminaires with energy‑efficient LEDs, the project cut the number of fixtures and significantly reduced energy use, all while improving visibility and comfort for drivers.
