*EDIT* May 2nd is NOT available. Winds up the first Saturday of May has been set fir a Co****le tournament in honor of a past member/family member if the lodge. When i made ladt yrs date I kinda messed things up...

So it would be April 25th, June 20th, or just wait til Fall.

I am looking at the Calender for spring. May 2nd is open (then it's mother's day, then pig roast) or June 20th is my next available wknd

Please give me feedback for this wknd. I know parking has been brought up, so that will need to be tweaked. You all need to unload and go as far down in lower parking lot. Think of the customers, walking too far will discourage some shoppers.

OK all, I reserved the May 3rd with 4th as raindate with the lodge. The price structure will be the same as the October one. I did a spring one a while back.

Hello all! Im wondering who would be interested in having a vender fair in october at the Manville Elks? If I get enough interest, I'll go and present the idea to the lodge at the next meeting (May 8) Please state your interest and your ware (what you're selling)

I'm currently in the middle of an Event that ends in June, so I wouldn't make and send out applications until after that.
