🚨🚨🚨 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT & LAST CHANCE TO SUBMIT 🚨🚨🚨

Today, PSA announced that they will be suspending ALL Value Service submissions beginning June 2nd. As a result of this impending change, group submission events at Banker Bill’s will be postponed until we have a better understanding of PSA’s future direction.

With that said, if anyone would like one last opportunity to submit cards at the Value level, the deadline to drop off at Banker Bill’s is tomorrow, May 29th, by 1:30 PM EST.

Given the sudden announcement and tight turnaround leading up to June 2nd, we are offering the following two submission options:

Option 1 (Piggyback) - $30/Card
You will self-assess your cards. Your cards will not receive a formal review by AKTriplePlay. They will still receive a wipedown, however there will be no thorough inspection or grading evaluation performed. It is your responsibility to assess the quality and condition of your submission.

Option 2 (Standard) - $35/Card ($5 Cash Deposit PER Card)
Cards will receive the standard thorough review and preparation process. However, due to the time constraints and tedious prep work involved in meeting PSA’s June 2nd deadline, there will be a slight increase in price to guarantee proper review and preparation. All deposits collected will be applied toward your final balance.

ALL CARDS DROPPED OFF MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PRINTED LIST OF EACH CARD, ALONG WITH YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, AND EMAIL. NO EXCEPTIONS.

This is potentially the last opportunity to submit at the lowest rate possibel for the remainder of the year.

Side Note: Grades for the two recent Modern Sports orders have not yet been shared because AKTriplePlay has been focused on getting all cards submitted on May 16th entered into the PSA system before the deadline. We apologize for the delay, however with rumors of this impending change by PSA, AK has been kept busy the last few days ensuring all pending cards make it in before the deadline.

AKTriplePlay x Banker Bill's comment regarding PSA's announcement today:

As of today, PSA has increased its turnaround times by a broad 50-100% at the bulk value rate, along with additional increases to turnaround times across all other service levels. In addition, PSA has increased the minimum number of cards required for a bulk submission from 20 cards to 50 cards. PSA has stated that these changes are effective immediately as of May 14th.

Despite these unexpected announcements from PSA, these changes will minimally impact how we do and process things going forward. However, we feel compelled to share how these adjustments may affect current and future submissions.

- We are proud to say that for the last 3 years, we have consistently submitted more than 50 modern bulk cards in every bulk submission (averaging 200+ cards per submission!). As such, pricing at the present bulk rate remains unchanged.

- While pricing will remain the same, we want to make all customers aware that longer turnaround times should be expected moving forward. Although PSA has stated that these newly implemented changes will NOT affect current orders, we have previously seen similar changes impact active orders during the end of 2025. As such, please be aware of the possibility that orders currently at PSA may still experience delays despite PSA’s assertion.

- As PSA has increased the minimum number of cards required to qualify for the bulk submission rate, vintage submissions may no longer be consistently sent unless the 50-card minimum has been collectively met. We want to ensure that we continue maintaining the most competitive all-in-one submission pricing in the tri-state area, and therefore want to make vintage collectors aware of this process moving forward.
