You wake up and drive over near the beach, clock in and see happy people all day long. Smiling, talking kindly, treating you well, all while shopping around your store. Plus your surrounded by nice fellow team members. People who care about you, and act like kindly, and most important no drama.
Your boss. Well he respects you, teaches you wonderful life lessons, promotes you and praises you in your accomplishments, and gives you several bonuses thought-out the year. You also get to pick your own schedule, part time, full time, vacation time, and days off.
Each week you come home with a net paycheck of $600 to $800 ($17-$20 per hour) base pay or even more. Plus tips, Plus commissions, plus bonuses. Lastly, if you want you get to move from store to store , 4 to be exact.
One day you get to dress fancy in our ladies boutique, or try on fancy shoes.. or some days you can just be beach casual..
Lastly, lunch is free every day in our Cafe, and you can walk over to the beach or nearby pool to enjoy it.
