Created a custom freestanding style pergola with a roof and a custom gutter rain collection system. The reason it was built was to cool down the back patio and dining area of the house to save her money on her electric bill with cooling. Upon completion, this customer noticed a difference with sustained household temperatures throughout the day. The a/c unit does not run constantly like it used to.
