Symposia Bookstore

Symposia Bookstore A not for profit used bookstore and community center in Hoboken, NJ "Symposia is more than a secondhand bookstore.

It's a community meeting place." --The Jersey Journal, March 23, 2006

"If you can't judge a book by its cover, you can't call Hoboken's Symposia a bookstore just because it sells books. In fact, it's more like a community center that provides space for all kinds of activities and a place for people to meet and mingle." --The Jersey Journal, March 2, 2006

"The store accepts donations of all kinds, including books, money, computers and clothing. Two computers with internet access have been donated to the store. Symposia also hosts many meetings and clubs." --The Hoboken Reporter, February 8, 2004

🎨 What a wonderful Sunday at Symposia!
32 aspiring artists joined us for a figure drawing class with a live model, led by Danica Parry. It was great to see our space filled with so much creativity, energy, and enthusiasm.
The response was so positive that Danica plans to make the class a regular event at Symposia!
Stay tuned and come draw with us !
